At Fiamma Pizza, we're seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas, pastas, and salads to order.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare recipes to order, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Inspect and clean food preparation facilities, including equipment and work surfaces, to maintain safe and sanitary practices.
  • Monitor temperature logs, keep walk-in coolers organized, and regulate oven temperatures to ensure optimal food storage and cooking conditions.

Requirements:
  • Able to obtain a WA State Food Handlers Card.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant environment, with at least 1 year of service.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to respond professionally to guest feedback.
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs and work standing for 7+ hours.

Compensation Package:
$17.28 - $19/hr + Tips (typically ranging from $4.50 - $7 per hour), generous meal discounts.
