Key Responsibilities:- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Maintain a friendly and efficient demeanor towards customers, clients, and colleagues, adapting to their needs and preferences.
- Maintain Clean and Sanitary Environments: Ensure all assigned areas, including corridors and ancillary spaces, are kept clean, neat, and sanitary, adhering to preventative maintenance procedures and departmental policies.
- Inspect and Use Judgment: Inspect areas and use judgment to determine the most effective cleaning techniques, following guidelines and procedures outlined in orientation.
- Operate Equipment Safely and Efficiently: Demonstrate safe and efficient use of housekeeping equipment and solutions, as observed by supervisors.
- Disinfect and Sterilize Equipment: Disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies using germicides and sterilizing equipment, adhering to universal precautions.
- Dispose of Trash and Bio-Hazardous Materials: Diligently dispose of trash and bio-hazardous materials, employing universal precautions.
- Stock and Maintain Equipment: Keep carts properly stocked with equipment and cleaning supplies, ensuring all chemicals are accurately labeled and equipment is in good working condition.
- Promote Interpersonal Relationships: Foster effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships, maintaining professional conduct at all times.
- Improve Productivity and Operations: Assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department, adhering to component and departmental training commitments.
- Past Cleaning Experience: Preferred, but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Essential for maintaining clean and sanitary environments.
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
- Adaptability: Ability to respond effectively to changing demands and priorities.
