Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Clinical Operations: Oversee the clinical aspects of our hospice program, including patient assessments, care planning, and medication management.
  • Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in nursing (ASN or BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience: At least three years of experience in direct patient care, with a minimum of one year in a leadership or management role.
  • Licensure: Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment.
  • Certifications: CPR certification and valid driver's license.
