We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team at LHC-Illinois Home Health Care. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to treating speech and language disorders and functional training in communication, swallowing, and cognitive impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address patient needs.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure in Speech Therapy in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
