Main Responsibilities
  • Department Management: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the maintenance department, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and standards, including FAR Part 145.
  • Team Development: Supervise and mentor a team of experienced technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
