Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

  • Adhere to best practice recommendations and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Practice in a primary nursing model and maintain accountability for assigned patients
  • Document pertinent information in patient records and initiate necessary reports
  • Delegate and supervise clinical care delivered by nursing assistants
  • Participate in shared governance, committees, and performance improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing
  • Current Massachusetts license as an LPN in good standing
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Understanding of Hebrew SeniorLife's philosophy and model of care
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
