ADC Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ADC Attendant to join our team at Goodwill Industries of Central Texas. As an ADC Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Attended Donation Centers.

• Accept and process donations from donors, ensuring accurate and efficient sorting and loading of goods.
• Provide exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to Goodwill's safety protocols and procedures.
• Accurately record donations and sales, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with Goodwill's policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing the store location, securing doors and money, and verifying the accuracy of truck/trailer seals.

• Proficiency in English and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions.
