Job Summary

Workforce Resource is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Night Shift Packaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our packaging operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet specifications, including weight, count, and size.
  • Order Accuracy: Verify order specifications and report any deviations to the foreman.
  • Product Handling: Safely handle and move products, including placing them in boxes, labeling, and stacking.
  • Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere.
  • Adherence to Safety Protocols: Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards to the foreman.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and repairing equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, stretch, squat, ascend/descend stairs, and have adequate visual ability to read instructions.
  • Work Schedule: Rotating schedule, working 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next, with every other weekend.
  • Pay Rate: $16.00/hour.
