Job Description

Tasca Automotive Group is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Order Management: Oversee the flow of service orders and ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Customer Experience: Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Concierge Support: Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Work Distribution: Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
  • Technical Support: Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Customer Happiness: Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
  • Problem Solving: Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
  • Warranty Administration: Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department.
  • Scheduling and Task Assignment: Set schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees.
  • Company Policies: Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Factory Relations: Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
  • Upper Management Collaboration: Collaborate with upper management to make service department hiring and discipline decisions.
Requirements:
  • CDK Experience: CDK experience is helpful, but we will train the right candidate.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized and friendly personality.
  • Leadership Ability: Demonstrated ability to manage others.
  • Time Management: Time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with your customers.
  • Professional Appearance: Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Service and Sales Success: Consistent record of service and sales success.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
  • Teamwork: Team oriented and self-motivated.
  • Independence: Able to work with little supervision.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the USA.
