Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health at Caretenders provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, following physician-prescribed treatment plans and adhering to applicable laws and regulations.

This role involves coordinating patient care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity and effectiveness. The RN makes initial and comprehensive assessments, develops care plans within state-specific guidelines, and documents patient information accurately and promptly.

Priorities include patient safety, satisfaction, and successful outcomes, ensuring they meet eligibility and medical necessity guidelines as defined by payer sources.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must hold current RN licensure in your state of practice, maintain CPR certification, and possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation.
