Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our team at 2020 Mobile Corp. As a Property Management Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with coordination of location and landlord maintenance issues, monitoring and maintaining property maintenance work orders, and ensuring compliance with state/federal safety guidelines. This is a full-time position based in either Colton, CA or Sacramento, CA, and requires some flexibility in terms of start and end times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordination of location and landlord maintenance issues and requests.
  • Monitor and maintain property maintenance work orders and update ongoing reports.
  • Track and file HVAC contracts.

Requirements
  • Preferred minimum of two (2) years in Commercial/Retail Property Management Administration.
  • High School diploma or certificate required.
  • File Management experience.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Benefits
  • California Pay Range: $23-$25/hour, DOE.
  • Health Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance programs for Full Time employees working a minimum of 30 hours a week.
