This is a full-time position during weekdays, with hours typically from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The primary work setting is within the clinic, although there may be occasional responsibilities at residential sites or within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify communication and cognitive challenges, including but not limited to cognition, dysarthria, apraxia, language disorders, dysfluency, and dysphagia, while assessing causal and maintaining factors as well as severity.


- Develop, revise, and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient, establishing both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Engage in various treatment activities, which may encompass modules focused on cognition, attention, auditory rehabilitation, and more.
- Maintain accurate reporting procedures.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary therapists to provide guidance and information regarding procedures and assessments.

Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required.
- Current or eligible for the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech, Language, and Hearing Association.
- Must possess or be eligible for licensure to practice professional Speech Pathology in California.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position reflects a variety of factors considered in compensation decisions, including skills, experience, education, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. The estimated salary range is $65,128 - $123,545 per year.
