Job Title: Bowling Associate

Are you a people person with a passion for bowling and entertainment? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same? We're looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Bowling Associate.

Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun and energetic environment, providing exceptional customer service to our guests while supporting the operation of the Bowling Department. As a Bowling Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our customers, while also maintaining a clean and safe working area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience in our bowling center.
  • Support the operation of the Bowling Department, including conducting alcohol and age restriction control, lost and found procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe working area.
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and process efficiency in department work processes.
  • Comply with and maintain the confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.

Physical Demands:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
  • The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods of time without breaks during busy times.
  • In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle feel and reach with hands and arms.
  • Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.
Benefits:
  • 1 hour to play (non-prize) arcade games per week.
  • 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included).
  • 1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week.
  • 50% discount on food items per working shift.
  • 1 complimentary beverage per working shift.
