Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive internal and external customer experience.
  • Promote a culture of honesty and integrity, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
  • Act as Manager on Duty, ensuring store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan.
  • Address immediate customer service issues, providing coaching to Associates and exercising discretion regarding customer service policies.
  • Maintain accurate Associate coverage in service areas, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure Associates adhere to all operational procedures, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates, providing progress updates and feedback.
  • Provide recognition and coaching to Associates, partnering with Management on training needs.
  • Ensure adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures, promoting credit and loyalty programs.
  • Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and programs, promoting safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.

  • Able to act quickly under challenging circumstances.
  • Capable of multi-tasking.
  • Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • 1 year retail experience, 6 months leadership experience.
