Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Geriatric Nurse to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time or full-time Per Diem assignments in a Memory Care facility. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of recent experience as a Geriatric Nurse in a facility setting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a Memory Care facility
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements
  • Active LPN license in the state of Tennessee or compact state
  • At least 6 months of recent experience as a Geriatric Nurse in a facility setting
  • Memory care experience preferred
  • Current BLS certification
