Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our team at YesCare. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patient vital signs and implement orders for diagnostic lab tests according to site policy and industry standards.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and assist the RN or LVN as needed in the medical unit within scope of practice.
  • Maintain confidentiality of medical records and document in SOAP format all health-related encounters for patients.
  • Record EKGs as directed by nurse and assist physician with minor procedures.
  • Maintain and clean medical unit/equipment on a daily basis and as needed.
  • Work in conjunction with the nurse to maintain daily duties required to run the clinic in an organized fashion.
  • Assist with maintaining SENTRY and CorrecTek recordkeeping and obtain specimens as directed and in accordance to policies and procedures within the scope of practice.
  • Utilize infection control techniques in a consistent manner and attend mandatory monthly staff meetings.
  • Collect data for Quality Improvement programs, as assigned.
