Survey Technician Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Survey Technician to join our team at OWN, Inc. This dynamic position involves supporting survey projects through a variety of field and office work.

  • Collect and analyze geospatial data for daily projects
  • Perform boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys, construction staking, bathymetric surveys, and aerial surveys in the field
  • Conduct survey calculations, research, and preparation of CAD files in the office
  • Operate UAV drones for survey tasks

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience as a Survey Technician
  • Experience with CAD software is a plus
  • Reliability and willingness to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
  • Availability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to transition between tasks
  • Pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
