About the Role

This is a full-time faculty position in Comprehensive/Cataract Surgery, offering a unique opportunity to deliver excellent patient care, teach residents and medical students, and conduct high-quality research in a world-class academic health center.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and manage a diverse range of ophthalmic conditions
  • Teach and mentor residents and medical students in comprehensive eye surgery and cataract surgery
  • Conduct innovative research and contribute to the advancement of ophthalmic knowledge
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must be Board certified or eligible in Ophthalmology, fellowship-trained in comprehensive/cataract surgery, and eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia at the time of appointment.
