Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the North Central Regional Jail in Greenwood, WV. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our justice-involved patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical, psychological, and psychosocial dimensions to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patients' unique needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Current, valid State Registered Nursing License.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum one year of clinical experience; correctional nursing experience a plus.
