Key Responsibilities for the Lead Maintenance Technician:

  • Proven supervisory experience in multifamily property management as a Lead Maintenance Technician is MANDATORY.
  • Possession of HVAC Certification is ESSENTIAL.
  • Ability to effectively mentor and lead service staff throughout daily operations.
  • Support the completion of service requests efficiently.
  • Assist the team with apartment make-readies and upgrades, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work orders.
  • Availability for on-call duties as per the established schedule.
  • Must provide personal tools and maintain reliable transportation.
  • Participate in various projects as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a valuable asset but not a requirement.

Work Environment:

  • This role requires regular standing, walking, and sitting. Occasional tasks may involve reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, or lifting up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
