This role requires attention to detail, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Food Preparation: Expertly cut, slice, and fillet various types of fish to prepare traditional Japanese sushi dishes.
• Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety in all sushi dishes.
• Inventory Management: Select and order ingredients, merchandise, and control inventory to ensure seamless operations.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment to prevent food contamination and ensure a healthy dining experience for our customers.
