We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting near Lincoln Park, Michigan. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work closely with students, educators, and families to address speech and language challenges that impact learning and communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' educational needs.
- Deliver speech and language therapy in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' communication goals.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Valid Michigan SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Experience working with children in a school setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
