Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Execute advanced paralegal tasks with a focus on medical malpractice and personal injury cases, including managing administrative duties such as scheduling depositions and overseeing case calendars.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and respond to discovery requests and pleadings, as well as perform legal research and compose legal documents.
  • Client Communication: Interact professionally with clients, witnesses, and court personnel, ensuring excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain well-organized and detailed case files, demonstrating strong organizational and time management abilities.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in medical malpractice and personal injury law.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Language: Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
