Senior Financial Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records
• Support the accounts receivable function as needed, processing invoices and resolving discrepancies
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Contribute to the general ledger by recording transactions and maintaining up-to-date financial statements
• Demonstrate proficiency in using standard spreadsheet software and database applications for accounting tasks
• Assist in the closing cycle for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end general ledger processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in accounting or finance
• 1-2 years of internship or professional experience in AP
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Intermediate-level Excel skills, with ability to learn and apply new software

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
