Job Summary:

Administer basic or advanced emergency medical care and assess injuries and illnesses. May administer medication intravenously, use equipment such as EKGs, or administer advanced life support to sick or injured individuals.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform vascular ultrasound exams to diagnose and treat various vascular conditions
  • Administer medication intravenously as needed
  • Use equipment such as EKGs to monitor patients
  • Administer advanced life support to sick or injured individuals
  • Assess injuries and illnesses and provide basic or advanced emergency medical care
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • ARDMS RVT Registry required
  • Current BCLS certification required
  • Three (3) years' experience in a dedicated vascular laboratory required
  • Demonstrated proficiencies in vascular diagnostic studies including cerebrovascular/carotid, peripheral venous, peripheral arterial, and visceral vascular
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a hospital setting preferred
