Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team at Lutheran Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care and service to our residents living in our independent, assisted, and memory care community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Iowa
  • 1+ year of experience in skilled nursing or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and service
