Bridge Superintendent/Foreman

As a Bridge Superintendent/Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising job site crew members, promoting a safe and healthy work environment, and ensuring all work is completed on time and in compliance with project plans and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of job site crew members
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Conduct daily site inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
• Communicate with management and other team members to coordinate construction activities
• Manage and supervise assigned operations to achieve goals within available resources

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree in Construction Technology/Management preferred
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in heavy highway bridge construction work, including at least three years in a supervisory role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions
• Familiarity with IDOT standards and specifications
