Job Title: MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Health Carousel - Travel Allied. Job Summary:

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for operating MRI equipment, preparing patients for scans, and ensuring accurate and safe imaging procedures. This is a travel allied health professional position that requires a strong foundation in MRI technology and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures, adhering to regulatory guidelines and hospital policies
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and imaging results
Requirements:
  • Current MRI Technologist certification
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in MRI technology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
