About Vancouver:Vancouver is positioned on the north bank of the Columbia River, directly across from Portland, Oregon. With the Pacific Coast less than 90 miles to the west and the majestic Cascade Mountain Range to the east, it provides a picturesque backdrop for both work and leisure. The region is also home to the renowned Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area, just a short drive away.
Role Responsibilities:- Engage in consultative work on Medical/Surgical floors and Emergency Departments, supported by a comprehensive team including Nurse Practitioners, therapists, and social workers.
- Provide care primarily to an adult patient demographic.
- Maintain a Monday through Friday work schedule, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- Welcome applications from H-1B visa holders.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $300,000.00 to $310,074.00 annually, with additional sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, short-term and long-term disability, as well as malpractice coverage.
- Retirement plans featuring a 401(k) with an 8% match and a 403(b) option.
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) time with a stipend of $3,330 and relocation assistance up to $20,000.
