**About the Role**

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead our efforts in advancing service reliability through the development of autonomous AI agents. This is a unique opportunity to join Oracle's 'SaaS Engineering' team and contribute to the creation of a robust system that predicts failures and autonomously resolves issues before they impact cloud services.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments. They will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced machine learning models for detecting anomalies in system logs, as well as architecting and implementing scalable machine learning solutions for real-time failure prediction and automated resolution.

**Responsibilities**

  • Lead ML Model Development: Design and develop advanced machine learning models for detecting anomalies in system logs, selecting appropriate algorithms, designing model architecture, and ensuring robust model training and validation.
  • Scalable Solution Architecture: Architect and implement scalable machine learning solutions for real-time failure prediction and automated resolution, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and scalability in a cloud environment.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Mentor junior ML engineers, providing guidance on best practices in machine learning, model development, and software engineering, collaborating closely with data scientists and data engineers to integrate models into production and ensure end-to-end solution effectiveness.

**Requirements**

  • 7-10 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong focus on developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
  • Strong expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.

**Estimated Salary**: $169,800 - $270,400 per annum, depending on location and experience.
