Job Summary

Patterns India is seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our team in the Cardiovascular Cath Lab. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support during invasive procedures and cardiac device implantations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume responsibility for a group of patients for a designated time to supply care via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other healthcare members.
  • Prepare patients appropriately according to policy for invasive procedures and cardiac device implantations.
  • Circulate, monitor patients during Cath Lab procedures, and perform sterile scrub procedures for diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, vascular procedures, and other cardiac procedures.
  • Handle stocking and documenting supplies, patient billing, and coding of procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification required.
  • A current American Heart Association ACLS certification or American Red Cross ALS certification required.
  • 1 year of experience (will not consider New Grads).
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree.
