We are seeking an experienced RN to join our team as a Clinical Operations Manager at Allegiance Home Health Services LLC in Richardson, Texas. This role will be responsible for overseeing clinical and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing education and training to clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and clinical staff.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide education and training to clinical staff.
- Recruit and select nursing personnel.
- Manage and oversee clinical and administrative functions.
- Respond to phone inquiries and referrals.
- Participate in on-call nursing schedule.
- Supervise and coordinate care provided by clinical staff.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health setting.
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation and other relevant clinical software.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Thorough understanding of state and federal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
$65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
