Quality Assurance Specialist

">Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
">We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our team in ensuring the accuracy of incoming and outgoing parts. The successful candidate will work closely with all departments of the workshop to identify and resolve quality issues.
">Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections of parts and materials to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.">
- Identify and report any defects or quality issues to management and other relevant teams.">
- Mentor and train other employees on quality procedures and best practices.">
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and systems.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve overall efficiency.">
- Perform cleaning, grinding, painting, hydrostatic testing, flame testing, and related tasks to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.">
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance) or equivalent experience.">
- Proven experience in quality control and inspection, preferably in a manufacturing environment.">
