We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team in the Investment Operations department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development life cycle methodologies, including business requirements refinement and functional specification definition, development, and testing.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs and develop solutions.
  • Designing and implementing data models and business intelligence platforms to support investment operations.
  • Working with data warehouse and business intelligence platforms to develop and maintain data models.
  • Providing technical expertise to business stakeholders on investment operations and middle office functions.
  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 8+ years of industry experience in software development life cycle methodologies.
  • 3+ years of experience with C#, Python, SQL, and Excel Macros.
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies and use case modeling.
  • Experience working with data warehouse and business intelligence platforms.
  • Deep understanding of middle office functions and knowledge of credit instruments.
  • Experience with a leading fund accounting platform, preferably FIS VPM.
  • Experience with systems integration of applications infrastructure hosted in cloud providers, AWS and Azure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
