Job Summary:

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the surgical team during procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the surgical team in preparing the operating room and ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Help maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in data collection, planning, and implementation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Perform various clinical procedures within the scope of practice.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
  • Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
