The successful candidate will possess strong technical and mechanical abilities related to motorcycles, ATVs, and scooters.

Job Responsibilities

This role is intended to be a long-term position within our dealership, ensuring a stable work environment throughout the year. We pride ourselves on maintaining a busy schedule for our mechanics, even during the winter months.

Key Qualifications
  • Proficient in performing routine maintenance on all products offered at the dealership.
  • Capable of conducting pre-delivery inspections on new units.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Physical ability to maneuver motorcycles weighing up to 800 lbs.
  • Experience using power tools effectively.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with M1 endorsement.
  • Adherence to all dealership policies and departmental guidelines.
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and following dress codes.
  • Willingness to undertake additional responsibilities as needed for the success of the department.
  • Ability to foster positive relationships with fellow employees.
