Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and oversight to our nursing staff, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and services.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with our Regional Operations Director to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that our facility is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, minimizing risk and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
  • Staff Development and Training: Provide training and development opportunities to our nursing staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care and services.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with our residents, families, and healthcare partners, ensuring that our services meet their needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Licensed RN with a minimum of 2 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in a senior living community.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional care and services.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $105,000 - $120,000/annual (commensurate on experience)
