DSJ Global is currently partnering with a leading Chemicals company to add an experienced Process Engineering Manager to their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintains monthly, quarterly, and annual operations reports to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Assists with project planning and project management, initiating small capital upgrades as requested to improve process efficiency.
- Improves process capability volume, maintains and improves quality standards, and develops innovative solutions to drive business growth.
- Develops and implements operating disciplines that result in safe and efficient plant operation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Evaluates manufacturing systems, proposes, and implements improvements on processes or equipment as appropriate to enhance productivity.
- Serves as a mentor/direct manager to lower-level engineers, assisting with their training as required to ensure knowledge transfer and succession planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Master's preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Ethylene (Cracker) plant operations or LNG experience in a large petrochemical plant operation.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- Six sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
