Long Term Care Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a Long Term Care setting. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and services
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
  • Develop and implement education programs for patients and families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience
  • BCLS, ACLS, NRP, & PALS certification according to specialty assigned
