Job Title: Clinical Operations Manager

Crawford Memorial Hospital seeks a skilled Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our practitioner offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate the daily activities of assigned medical practices to ensure proper coverage and quality patient care.
  • Identify performance expectations, assess employee performance, and provide timely feedback and coaching.
  • Manage department workload and schedule clinical staff to meet department needs.
  • Ensure all staff are fully trained and capable of using technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • IL LPN or RN License Required.
  • Minimum 3 years in healthcare field Required.
  • 3 years of supervisory or management experience Preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • BLS Required.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Capable of taking initiative to make decisions and is an advocate for change and improvement.
  • Excellent supervisor skills and ability to motivate a team environment.
  • Knowledge of state, federal, accreditation, and regulatory agency laws and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt quickly to changes.
