Gas Station Associate

About the Role: We're seeking a skilled Gas Station Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and operating equipment to process customer purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Maintain the gas station area in accordance with company policies and procedures, including cleaning and organizing the area, ensuring accurate pricing signage, and handling claims and returns.
- Operate equipment such as cash registers and related tools to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types and items sold.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store image.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation: The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00, depending on location and experience. Additional compensation may be paid in the form of premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
