Job Overview

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for maintaining admission guidelines, marketing programs, and ensuring a smooth transition for residents into our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information and admissions processes
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents
  • Screen applicants and complete admissions processes in a timely and efficient manner
  • Resolve resident concerns and provide exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless transition for residents
Requirements
  • College degree preferred
  • Sales experience in health care services or pharmaceuticals is desirable
  • Familiarity with long-term care and/or health care services is useful
  • Professional image and excellent communication skills
