As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a exceptional customer experience by identifying needs and offering trade-in solutions to our service department guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in the service department
• Communicate effectively with guests to understand their vehicle needs and offer solutions
• Follow up on warm leads using our CRM tool

Requirements:

• Full-time availability and a valid driver's license
• Ability to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a team-based and independent setting
