• Prepare tenders, including determining quantities and creating priced performance specifications in a model-based manner (BIM 5D)
• Participate in the tender process, focusing on cost calculation, coordination, and comparison of cost estimates with tender results
• Act as the primary contact for public and private clients in major projects, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
• Utilize BIM collaboration software to exchange information and coordinate with colleagues and clients
