Trail Runner

At Getaway House Inc, we're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Trail Runner to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor spaces team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the exterior spaces of our cabins are immaculate and ready for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for shifts by loading the outpost vehicle with cleaning equipment, extra guest supplies, and firewood.
• Prep cabin interiors for cleaning by removing trash, stripping linens, and restocking cabin provisions.
• Clean and stage outdoor spaces, including lounge areas, fire pits, and picnic tables.
• Ensure cabin exteriors are clean and well-maintained.
• Be a team player, willing to take on any task assigned by your supervisor.
• Create memorable experiences for our guests through surprise and delight initiatives.
• Solve problems efficiently and effectively.
• Test new ideas and measure results, embracing feedback to improve operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer-facing industry.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology and apps to work efficiently.
• Love for the outdoors and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• 18 years of age or older.

Essential Functions:

• Verbal English language and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and follow instructions.
• Ability to move freely in and around obstacles.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
• Ability to lift moderate loads (up to 75 pounds).
• Ability to work with approved cleaning supplies.
• Ability to report for work on time and fulfill job requirements.

• Ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures.
• Ability to receive constructive criticism.
• Ability to perform all work-related tasks assigned by your supervisor.
• Valid driver's license and registered vehicle.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time hours, including holidays, weekends, and on-call availability.
