PCBA Assembler and Inspector

This is a critical position that requires attention to detail and a strong understanding of assembly processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in assembly, preferably in PCBA assembly. They will also possess strong hand/eye coordination and communication skills, as well as the ability to read and interpret documents. In addition, they should have basic computer skills and proficiency in machine operation.
As a PCBA Assembler and Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all assembled products meet quality standards. This includes verifying and counting components, assembling boards, and cleaning and inspecting finished products. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in machine operation and tool usage.

Responsibilities
- Pull kits with assigned work order numbers from staging shelves.
- Verify and count components according to the BOM.
- Assemble boards using work instructions, BOMs, and prints.
- Clean and inspect finished products.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly, preferably in PCBA assembly.
- Accurate counting skills.
- Strong hand/eye coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents.
