Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate Part Time to join our team at Men's Wearhouse. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and productive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special occasion rentals.
- Encourage and participate in team selling to drive sales and achieve store sales volume and metrics goals.
- Build relationships with customers from greeting through post-sale contact to ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Meet and maintain personal volume goals while maintaining an above-average quality of sale.
- Assist with receiving shipments, putting away new merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
- Participate in visual merchandising and comply with brand standards.
- Help monitor the security of company property and report any discrepancies.
- Effectively participate as a member of a store team to achieve established team goals.
Requirements:
- Bend down and squat to locate and pick up merchandise and assist customers.
- Climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies.
- Operate a computer and cash register.
- Stand and walk for the majority of the work shift.
- Frequent bending and twisting at neck and waist, crouching and squatting, reaching above and below shoulder height, grasping, pulling, pushing, and fine manipulation with both hands.
