The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food science, or a related field, with at least one year of experience in food service operations. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices is essential.

In this autonomous working environment, you will:

  • Conduct assessments to measure conformity to established brand standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Observe food preparation and cooking standards to ensure adherence to food safety protocols.
  • Partner with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food science, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in food service operations.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Steritech offers a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
