Restaurant Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team. As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring that our restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with friendly and attentive service
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and employees
- Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards
- Manage cash register and operate point-of-sale system
- Supervise and train employees to ensure excellent customer service and quality food preparation
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and control costs
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a retail shift leader or supervisor
- Ability to run a cash register and operate point-of-sale system
- Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
