About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sports Medicine Specialist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing top-notch athletic training services to our clients. With a focus on injury assessment, rehabilitation, and prevention, you will play a critical role in helping our athletes achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective athletic training programs tailored to the needs of our clients
  • Conduct thorough injury assessments and create personalized treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery and return to play
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists and physicians, to provide comprehensive care to our clients
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in sports medicine and best practices through ongoing education and professional development
  • Work closely with our marketing team to develop promotional materials and initiatives that showcase our services and expertise

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Athletic Training (CAATE-approved program) and completion of the BOC certification
  • Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of practice
  • Current BLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in athletic training or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
